Remodelling of Retirement Living Accommodation and Associated Communal Areas to Raglan Court
The works included the removal of asbestos, internally and externally, major structural works to remodel the existing accommodation to meet today’s standards, this was achieved by reducing the amount of flats. There were major changes to the drainage system, electrical installations and mechanical installations. The new accommodation is in essence new build but within the existing external fabric of the building.
All of the communal areas have also been updated, to include new joinery, a newly fitted Kitchen, a newly fitted toilet facility, a newly fitted hairdressing facility, new suspended ceilings complete redecorations and floor coverings.
Externally the car parking areas have been altered and relayed along with the introduction of resin bound footpaths, soft landscaping and planting.
