JET employs the 24 hour availability of Mentor who interact with the directors and site management in the implementation and auditing of Health and Safety matters.
These include JET Health and Safety Policy, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Safe Methods of Working, Record keeping on site and office and Welfare facilities including First Aid training.
JET actively encourage all employees and sub-contractors to discuss the many aspects of Health, Safety and Welfare, and to make recommendations and suggestions. The arrangements are organised on site, with management, and take the form of meetings, written correspondence and suggestion boxes. Every operative is made aware of their personal responsibilities and that they should seek advice, where necessary, from Senior Management and their Consultant. These measures have resulted in an enviable safety record.
